Mrs. Vaseem Banu is from Hydrabad, India. She has earned a B.A. (phil.,psy., litt.), M.A. in English and Psychology, M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Psychology, through the Osmania University, Hyderabad. She earned a B.Ed through Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. She has 4 years of experience as the Head Mistress of a High School, and 5 years of experience as a lecturer of Psychology & English at the College of Education and Engineering. Since 2009, She has worked as a lecturer in Saudi Arabia, where she teaches Research Methodology, Phonetics, Language Learning and Pragmatics, at the undergraduate level. She is proficient in English, Urdu, Hindi and is highly interested in acquiring Quranic knowledge.

Gora Faal is currently a Program Developer and Trainer at Khamsys Technologies Ltd. He is a Certified Instructor/Trainer, (certified by the U.S. Dept. of Defense) a Scholar, (Social Scientist) an Engineer, (Sound Designer) and a former military leader (US Army) who has acquired a vast range of training & instructing experiences from various professional assignments handling classes of up to 100 personnel. During 8 years of military service, (active duty) he had the opportunity to train personnel (new recruits & seasoned team members) in the fields of Professionalism, Management, Leadership, Physical Training, Risk Management, Environmental Safety/Awareness, and Career Counseling. After only 3 years out of an 8-year service, Gora Faal was appointed as a military leader, to lead troops in Germany. Due to his professionalism and with a stellar approach to operation orders and mission, he was awarded the US Army Commendation Medal, for service in Macedonia & Kosovo. Prior to this recognition, Gora Faal was also awarded the Vanguard Soldier of the Year Award, that also earned him the Iron-Man Trophy, it is only awarded to one personnel member, annually, in recognition of their high level of professionalism, out of a battalion of 800 professional troops.

Besides a very successful military career, Gora Faal also had the opportunity to explore the civil-sector work environment, gaining useful knowledge and experiences in insurance, (sales) security, and filmmaking (as a sound engineer).

His formal education is composed of Military Science, to Media, Culture, and Communication. He holds a Master's Degree from New York University, and a Bachelors Degree from The Art Institute of Atlanta. Additionally, he is the developer of the PDMLT Program, (Professional Development, Management & Leadership Training Program) a Professional Development Program that addresses the issues of Professionalism, Management and Leadership, to demystifying misnomers, and highlight the unique relationship that ties them together. The program was developed with an insightful stratified system that brings well defined, concepts to the minds of individuals on the issues of Professionalism, Management, and Leadership, to arm them with sharp tools to plough through the challenging fields of a globalized work force, and provide the potential drive (vehicle) to reach the pinnacle of Professionalism, Management & Leadership.

Mubeena Ifthikkaruddin is an Indian raised in UAE. After completing her secondary education with distinction from Sharjah, UAE, she completed her ‘Bachelor’s degree in Science’ from India with top aggregate marks receiving the scholarship memorial highest marks Award. An active member at various inter university fest she was entitled the duty of secretary and then of magazine editor at department level. Back in Dubai, while working as a secondary level teacher in the ‘faculty of Science’, UK curriculum, she completed her ‘Bachelor’s in Education’ with distinction. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Islamic studies.

Also, after completing her education in various Islamic sciences from an Islamic Institute in Dubai, she has been teaching Tafseer in the same Institute. Currently apart from being a Lecturer in the Department of Education, she is also a Course facilitator in the diploma section of IOU.

An amateur artist and writer (published an e-book & articles), spends her free time indulging in these.

Rasheedah Abdul-Hakeem was born in the USA. She has a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and Reading/Writing/Literacy from the University of Pennsylvania.
She has been a teacher since 1986, teaching many different subjects (English, ESL, reading, Arabic, Islamic Studies, classroom teacher, Spanish) and has taught in a variety of settings, both in the USA and abroad. Additionally, she has studied at different Islamic universities- online, correspondence, as well as on-site (overseas). She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Shariah.

Salih Abdullah is currently an English Lecturer at a Medical University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is American born and raised. He has a Bachelor's in English, a Master's Degree in Education, and a second Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. He is currently working on his PhD. in Global Comparative Education. His research interests are in cultivating a knowledge culture in educational institutions, facilitating professional learning communities, professional development, and educational leadership with a focus on Muslim institutions.

Mukhtar Raban was born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. He is a graduate of the Islamic University of Madinah, where he earned a diploma in Arabic Language Studies and a degree in Shari’ah. He has taught for the Al Madinah Institute in Port Elizabeth and regularly conducts Islamic seminars, with a focus on Shari’ah-related topics. He has completed TESOL studies and taught English Studies at various colleges in Saudi Arabia. He is currently completing his master's degree in the field of Applied Linguistics. At present, he is a lecturer at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa; leads the e-learning unit of the Department of Applied Language Studies and teaches Arabic short courses. He also serves as the Vice-President of the Council of Islamic Affairs and is a member of the Shar’iah Advisory Council in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. He presents short courses in Islamic Studies to his local community, is an established Khateeb and regularly is featured on various Islamic radio stations.
